There's much to see here. We have many opportunities to offer to aspiring young coders and we hope one of our sessions fits your interest!
"I really enjoyed this camp because there were many challenging labs and competitions we did to improve our understanding of Processing" - Drew Kaprielian
"Java really challenged me, and it was interesting learning about all these different concepts and ways to make algorithms on my computer." - Sela Guajardo
"The robotic finger simulation was really fun because we used basic household items to connect to a robotic hand-made finger and made it move." - Max Ouyang
Our first session features the language Processing, an extension of Java with a flexible software sketchbook. Designed to be a competitive, challenging, and fun camp for students who have little to no experience in programming, students will code their own projects and games. Last year, kids created their own games such as Tic Tac Toe, Brick, Bouncing Ball, and Maze.
Designed to be an intense, competitive, and fast-paced camp for students who have completed UNIQ or have had previous coding background, students will code using the Java language on the interactive Eclipse platform. Using their code, students will be able to solve complex mathematical algorithms.
Take a look at what tentative opportunities we have planned for 2020!
